1. Database

Create an empty MySQL database and user in your hosting control panel first (cPanel: “MySQL Databases”), and give the user all privileges.

2. Organisation

3. Super Admin (you)

The top account. You manage users, sources and settings, and no other Admin can change or remove this account. It does not approve or pay requisitions, so money decisions stay with the CFO, Deputy and Payer.

4. CFO account (optional)

Can approve any amount, including above the CFO limit. Leave blank to add later (More, then Users). Add the Deputy, Payers and staff inside the app.
